Location was not super clear but once inside the CPR recertification process was pretty smooth. Only recommendation would be for them to add the location again in some of the emails or texts the day before. I started doubting I was in the right place because I couldn’t find a location in the texts. But everything worked out!
This was a great course! The Washington heights location was super convenient and the room for skills was very clean and well organized. I would recommend these guys to anyone

After a few tries, it was completed in half hour and my ecard was sent right away. Office was clean and had no issues with anything. Truly recommend.

Great, simple instructions for someone using this for the first time. Just please make sure to lock the door behind you, I wasnt aware there was a lock all the way on the bottom of the door and someone just came in and interrupted my training by asking to use my phone. Other than that, great facility.

Hi! I recently attended the American Heart Association training in Hempstead and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, I had a great experience. The training was well-organized, informative, and very helpful in reinforcing important life-saving skills. The instructor “John” was knowledgeable, clear in explanations, and made the session engaging and easy to follow. I especially appreciated the hands-on practice, which helped build my confidence in performing the skills correctly. The environment was professional and supportive, and all materials were provided clearly. I feel more prepared and confident in applying what I’ve learned in real-life situations. Thank you for providing such a valuable training experience!

I had a very positive experience with Same Day CPR. I was initially nervous about the contactless BLS session since I’ve never used RQI without an instructor in my 16 years as a nurse, but the process was smooth and predictable. The demos before each skill were very helpful, and I finished everything in about 20 minutes. Support was available if needed, which made me feel reassured. Overall, it was convenient, efficient, and well-organized. I would definitely recommend it to others and will use it again in the future.

I love it! Extremely user-friendly setup, the helpful tips and videos bring tremendous support! I have one suggestion though, upon completion of the exercise /test to provide an encouraging end such as 1) if test successfully completed then it should say - congratulations, you have successfully completed the skills test! or 2) if not completed successfully then it should say - you have to reattempt the test, good luck!

RN here who quickly needed ACLS for a travel assignment. Same Day CPR / Bayside CPR AED Training was very easy to use. Scheduling, testing, and hands on RQI was effective in delivering important ACLS knowledge, so although the process was speedy, I didn’t loose out on education! I received my ACLS card immediately upon completion 🙂 If you’re someone who is not familiar with RQI, I recommend watching the videos sent to you the day before your scheduled appointment. There was ample street parking, and the guide to the mannequin room was very easy to follow. 10/10 I recommend Same Day CPR!

Did the online portion, learned a lot. Then I came in for the skills test. Even though I thought I was pretty knowledgeable after the online course, it was very helpful to have the mannequin and the machine to practice with to make sure I got it right. I ran into a bit of trouble with the infant because I have big hands, but luckily there was someone overseeing the test, and they suggested I change over to the two thumbs technique, which worked like a charm. I not only checked off a box but I was able to make sure I learned it right; all in all great service.

Really wonderful experience. For the introvert at heart. It was very convenient, quick, and just to the point. I loved that the program gave me real time feedback and was able to help me auto correct what I was doing wrong to get better. The good thing was there was no one else around which made it a safe environment. Would 100% go back for all my recertifications. The location was easy to access. The instructions were very clear, with videos to assist and fair goals for assessing competency. Everything you need is in the room, and help is available at all times if you find yourself failing the tasks for any reason; you can tell they really want you to succeed. Easy exam. Easy physical exam. The whole process took me 2 hours exactly. Basically paid $120 for 120 minutes lol. Might be even less if you don’t have any mistakes. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. They are very quick to respond so just call the number or text them. There is a camera in the room so they can tell what you’re doing wrong. Got my certificate the second I finished the physical. It’s in a weird location. But there’s a door with their logo. Multiple offices are there. But the other offices were very helpful when I didn’t understand. I’m telling all my coworkers and friends to come here. So much better than doing 4-5 hour class.
Outstanding experience! Mica really helped understanding what to do next and everything flowed smoothly

Renewing my ACLS through Same Day CPR and they provided access to a high quality experience without being rushed. The space for the session was great, just the right size with the mannequins, nice and cool given the 100 degrees weather outside and they even had little freebies to keep. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am to have been able to do my skills session un-rushed. This was my first renewal and I was able to try again with the skills as many times as I needed and wanted. Plus, someone was on hand to give me feedback and answer my questions. Excellent!
