New York CPR Classes does not provide refunds after a registration has been completed.
This policy applies to all classroom courses, blended learning programs, online training, skills sessions, and certification courses. Please make sure you select the correct course and date before completing your booking.
If you cannot attend your scheduled class, you may request to move to another available date before your course begins.
Students who request a new class date before their scheduled course starts will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee for each change.
Requests received after the course has started cannot be accepted.
Students have the option to purchase Reschedule Protection during their initial registration for a one-time fee of $15.
This option allows you to change your class date up to two times without paying the standard rescheduling fee, provided that:
After the two included changes have been used, any additional schedule changes will require the standard $25 rescheduling fee.
The Reschedule Protection fee is non-refundable, whether it is used or not.
The following purchases are considered final and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
Digital course access is issued directly to the registered student and cannot be canceled, transferred, or reassigned after activation.
Students who do not attend their scheduled class or skills session without notifying New York CPR Classes before the course begins will be considered a No-Show.
If you are marked as a No-Show:
Access to online learning materials is issued immediately after registration and is connected to the student’s individual account and email address.
Because digital access is provided right away, online course purchases cannot be refunded, transferred, or assigned to another participant.

Reschedule Insurance is an optional add-on available during registration for a one-time fee of $15. It allows you to reschedule your course up to two times without paying the standard $25 rescheduling fee.
Yes. You may reschedule your course as long as you submit your request before your scheduled class begins. A standard rescheduling fee of $25 applies unless you purchased Reschedule Insurance during registration.
